Audience Development
Audience development projects typically start with detailed audience research and data analysis, followed strategic planning and the development of targeted and effective communications campaigns. Iterative evaluation is built in from the start, ensuring you know which elements of a strategy are working, and how to build on the work already done.

In-house marketing support
I am often asked to come into a team in time-pressured moments with lots of work to be done and not enough people to manage it. I am practiced at jumping in at the deep end, quickly coming up to speed with where you are and what needs to happen when. I am comfortable leading teams and complex projects, picking up important relationships (e.g. partners, funders) and balancing their needs with your priorities. I work collaboratively and autonomously as needed to get the work done.
